My Weight Loss Journey With Mounjaro

It’s weigh-in time, but I’m too nervous to do it. I know that my appetite has been suppressed and I’ve been eating low calorie and healthy, but I’m afraid I didn’t lose anything.

How long did it take you to lose when you first started Mounjaro?

I’m going to weigh myself either today or tomorrow. Wish me luck!

    1. So I saw your other comment about food– I’m doing something different. I’m going for grilled chicken breast and a sweet potato every night for dinner (admittedly I’ve been cheating with a hotdog and baked beans every few nights) and during the day I’ve been doing intermittent fasting and not really eating anything until dinner. I still enjoy either cookies or ice cream after dinner and that seems to be working for me when I don’t cheat with a hotdog and beans. I’ve been losing 1-3lbs per week. I know I should also be incorporating vegetables that aren’t a sweet potato, but I’m lazy and don’t feel like cooking them.

    Make diet food no have pork meat have eat lots fish and beef no rice all kinds make to blood to suger. Think stop fat foods
