Mounjaro Week One

Good news! I think it’s working!

I haven’t lost any weight yet, but my appetite is definitely suppressed. When I am hungry, I’m eating low calorie meals like grilled chicken with sweet potatoes.

A life saver has been Premier Protein. I’ve been having one for breakfast, and it keeps me full through the day at work.

I’ve barely been snacking and don’t have many cravings.

How are you all doing? Let me know in the comments!

  1. Congratulations on completing your first week of Mounjaro! Your progress might not be reflected in weight loss just yet, but it’s fantastic to hear that your appetite is being suppressed and you’re making mindful choices when it comes to your meals.

Incorporating low-calorie options like grilled chicken with sweet potatoes is a great strategy for nourishing your body while keeping the calorie intake in check. It’s wonderful that you’ve found Premier Protein to be a life-saver, providing you with a satisfying and filling breakfast that lasts throughout your workday.

The fact that you’ve experienced a decrease in snacking and cravings is a significant achievement! It shows that your body is adjusting to the new routine and responding positively to the healthier choices you’re making. Keep up the excellent work!

As for me, I’m doing well on my own health journey. I’ve found that incorporating regular exercise and staying consistent with balanced meals has been key to my progress. Everyone’s experience is different, but it’s inspiring to see individuals like you sharing their journey and supporting one another.

Thank you for sharing your update and creating a space for others to join the conversation. Your dedication and commitment to making positive changes are commendable. Keep going strong, and I look forward to hearing more about your journey in the upcoming weeks!
