I’ve been missing for a while. And that’s because I’ve been gaining weight or staying the same instead of losing. When last I left you I was 147.0lbs. Now, I’m 147.4lbs, which I know isn’t a huge difference, but it’s been fluctuating up and down with no real progress.
I did go down to 145.0lbs at one point, but then went right back up to 147lbs. I’m starting to get really frustrated.
I’m wondering if it’s because of what I’m eating. I got exhausted of the grilled chicken and sweet potato diet and have been switching it up. I’ve been indulging in baked beans and corn bread as sides and that may be the cause of my down fall… or should I say my “up” fall. I’ve also been eating ice cream instead of cookies as my treat, but I don’t see why that would make a difference.
I’m going to try to go back to just meat and vegetables. I think I’m going to go with steak (medium temperature) and string beans and squash.
