My first response was, “It doesn’t.”
I first thought of work, which just makes me feel drained and like I need a permanent vacation.
But then I thought of my crafts and thought I feel fulfilled when I’ve completed a mini model. (The featured image is one I’m working on now.)
I think we put much too much pressure on ourselves. Why does feeling fulfilled have to come from a job? It doesn’t. It can come from things we enjoy. It can come from finishing a walk with your dog or crocheting a blanket.
Work is not fulfilling for many people, and I think we put too much pressure to find a job that is.
