Hi everyone! I hope you had a great weekend.

Mine was pretty good. I weighed in and lost another pound. I’m a little frustrated at how slow it’s coming off. It took a full week to lose just one pound. I weigh 153.6lbs now.

But looking at the bigger picture I lost 15.2lbs total…but that’s in 10 weeks. I think I’m going to ask my doctor about upping the dose. I’m on 5mg now.
